Obviously, without the people of Iowa City this wouldn't have happened!

I'm looking forward to working with my friends and colleagues on the City Council and to getting the new eastside firehouse built and staffed.

A special thank you to all my friends and supporters who put in a last-minute blitz to get out the vote.

Congratulations to Matt Hayek, Regenia Bailey, and Ross Wilburn on their election, and kudos and thanks to Terry Smith and Dee Vanderhoef for keeping me on my toes.
